Go to the main entrance of the University, and you can’t miss ICCA.

The conference site (also called KUA) is very near to the city and the central hotels. Most of the hotels we’ve recommended on the website (for their reasonable prices and convenient location) are located in the area around the Central Station (Hovedbanegården) and Rådhuspladsen. See maps.
	Several buses go to the conference site, and the journey is 5-10 minutes.
In the buses you can buy (cash) single tickets. One ride is DKK 14. At the Central Station, at all S-stations, in magazine kiosks and where a yellow ”HT” sign is posted, you can buy 10-trip tickets at DKK 90 (blue card, 2 zones). These cards are not for sale in the bus. The 10-trip tickets are also available at the university bookstore right outside the main entrance, but it's only open on Friday and Tuesday during the conference (because of the Pentecost holiday on Sunday and Monday).
Since so many people will want to arrive and depart at the same time, we’ve organized some extra buses (ICCA-buses). They are to be found outside the entrance to the Central Station (Hovedbanegården). Payment is by the regular bus tickets.	ICCA-buses start operating from the first day (Friday 17). The ICCA busses will have regular names (12, 13, 34, 534P), but there will be extra buses on Friday at 8:00am and the other days between 8:30 and 8:45am.
If you don’t want to leave at these times, the regular buses will do fine. The regular buses leave approx. every 10 minutes (see time tables below).

Bus nr. 534P, 12, 13 and ICCA-bus leave outside the entrance to the Central Station (Hovedbanegården), opposite of the back of Tivoli. 534P goes directly to the conference site (5 min.), the other two lines have more stops but goes the same route (10 min.).	How to find the buses: If you stand outside the Central Station, at the Tivoli exit, with the station behind you and Tivoli in front of you (you'll see an old fashioned yellow house and the top of the roller coaster) in front of you, the bus stops are to your right and the taxies to the left.
Bus 534P (direction: Universitetet) leave from Central Station (Hovedbanegården) on weekdays at 7.49, 7.59, 8.09, 8.19, 8.28, 8.39, 8.49, 8.59, 9.09, 9.19, 9.29, 13.48, every 10 minutes at 08, 18, 28, 38, 48 and 58 until 16.58. On Saturday it doesn’t run. Sunday and Pentecost-Monday it doesn’t run.	Bus 12 (direction: Sundbyøster, Italiensvej) leave from Central Station (Hovedbanegården) on weekdays at 7.33, 7.52, 8.12, 8.32, 8.52, 9.12, 9.35, 10.03, 03 and 33 every hour, 14.03, 14.32, 14.53, 15.13, 15.33, 15.53, 16.13, 16.33, 16.52, 17.12, 17.31, 17.49, 18.08 ... On Saturday it leaves 8.08, 9.06, 9.28, 9.48, 48 and 08 and 28 every hour, 14.28, 15.03, 15.32, 16.02, 16.32, 17.02, 17.32, 18.02 ... Sunday and Pentecost-Monday it leaves 8.08, 9.08, 10.05, 10.32, 02 and 32 every hour, 17.32, 18.02 ...

Bus nr. 34 (direction: Søvang/Rosenlund) leave from City Hall Square (Rådhuspladsen), opposite of the pedestrean street, on the Tivoli side, but in the opposite corner, outside the Tiger shop. The journey is about 5 minutes.	How to find the bus (34): If you are at the square, facing the city hall, the bus stop is to your right, on the other side of the big street going across the square along Tivoli. The bus stop is next to a cafe (Baresso).
Bus 34 (direction: Søvang/Rosenlund) leave from City Hall Square (Rådhuspladsen) on weekdays every 10 minutes at 02, 12, 22, 32, 42 and 52. On Saturday it leaves 7.58, 8. 28, 8.58, 9.13, 9.28, 9.40, 9.53, 10.08, at 08 and 23 and 38 and 53 until 17.38, 17.53, 18.13 ... Sunday and Pentecost-Monday it leaves 7.58, 8. 28, 8.58, 9.13, 9.28, 9.40, 9.53, 10.08, at 08 and 23 and 38 and 53 until 17.38, 17.53, 18.13 ...

A taxi ride from city to the conference site is about DKK 50-70 (service is included). Lots of taxies are to be found outside the main entrance at the central station (Hovedbanegården). Four passengers are allowed, unless you order a big size taxi (five passengers or mini bus).

Transport from the conference site (back to the city)

Bus stop (from city) is at the same side of the street as the entrance. On the opposite side of the street is the bus stop with buses going to city. You can't miss it.		ICCA buses leave from university all days. The ICCA buses will have regular names (12, 13, 34, 534P), but there will be extra buses around 7:10 pm each day.

Bus 534P (direction: Hovedbanegården) leave from university on weekdays at 8.09, 8.19, 8.29, 8.39, 8.49, 8.59, 9.09, 9.19, 9.29, 13.37, 13.47, 13.57, 14.07, every ten minutes at 27, 37, 47, 57, 07 and 17 until 16.47. On Saturday it doesn’t run. Sunday and Pentecost-Monday it doesn’t run.		Bus 34 (direction: Vesterport st.) leave from university on weekdays at 8.01, 8.11, 8.21, 8.31, 8.41, 8.51, 9.03 and at 03, 13, 23, 33, 43 and 53 until 19.03, 19.15, 19.25, after that at 40, 55, 10 and 25 every hour. On Saturday it leaves every hour at 13, 28, 43 and 58. Sunday and Pentecost-Monday it leaves every hour at 13, 28, 43 and 58.
Bus 12 (direction: Islev, Viemosevej) leave from university on weekdays at 03 and 33 every hour until 13.33, 13.58, 18 and 38 and 58 every hour until 17.38, 17.57, 18.17, 18.37, 19.10, 19.50, after that at 50 every hour. On Saturday it leaves at 01 and 21 and 41 every hour until 14.21, 14.43, 15.12, 12 and 42 every hour until 18.10, 18.50, after that at 50 every hour. Sunday and Pentecost-Monday it leaves at 12 and 42 every hour until 18.10, 18.50, after that at 50 every hour.		Bus 13 (direction: Rødovre Centrum) leave from university on weekdays at 18 and 48 every hour until 14.08, 28 and 48 and 08 every hour until 17.28, 17.47, 18.07, 18.78, 18.51, 19.00, 19.20, 19.35, 20 and 35 and 05 every hour. On Saturday it leaves at 11 and 31 and 51 every hour until 14.31, 14.58, 15.27, after that at 27 and 57 every hour until 17.57, 18.25, 19.05, after that at 05 and 20 and 35 every hour. Sunday and Pentecost-Monday it leaves at 8.20, 8.55, after that at 27 and 57 every hour until 17.57, 18.25, after that at 05, 20 and 35 every hour.
