The dinner is in the front hall, below the glass ceiling. We'll be seated at round tables (not at long tables as can be seen in the picture to the right). The food will be arranged buffet style. These two choices were made in order to maximize the occasions for meeting each other and talking together. The food will be southern French, the chef says, but that will also depend on the season and on his mood (good that day, we hope). There'll be options for participants with special dietary preferences. |
